Arrival, registration, guidelines for poster and oral presentation; leaders and jury meetings opening ceremony & reception
Poster presentation/evaluation, teacher’s sharing session (competition and awardee selection)
Parallel oral presentation and evaluation, jury meeting, cultural program
Trekking to Shivapuri National Park, closing ceremony, prize distribution, and dinner

The projects can be submitted in the following categories for oral and poster presentation:

  1. Mathematics
  2. Computer Science
  3. Physics (including Robotics and Engineering)
  4. Life Sciences (including Chemical Sciences)
  5. Environmental Science

The presentation time will be 10-15 min + 5 min discussion. The awardees will be selected by an international jury. The project team comprises 1-2 Team leader(s) and 2-6 students. The projects will be selected on the basis of innovative ideas and originality and also considering the geographical location of the participants.

We invite contributions for oral or poster presentations of your projects. A single-page abstract should be submitted via e-mail (apcys2017@gmail.com) in the format of the given template. Selected projects will be published in RECAST-Proceedings.

Accommodation in shared rooms has been arranged in the conference venue for all the registered participants paying full registration fees. Please contact the local organizing committee if there is any query about the accommodation.
